Lantern Bay is a cozy fishing game. We built it to be played, not to watch you play. This page says exactly what leaves your phone, who receives it and why, in plain words.
No account neededYou can play the whole game without signing in. Your harbor is saved on your phone.
No tracking, nothing soldWe never sell your data or follow you across other companies' apps and websites. The game does not ask for tracking permission and does not read your advertising identifier (IDFA).
Three partners, each for one jobGoogle AdMob for the ads you choose to watch, RevenueCat for purchases and, only if you sign in, Google Firebase for your account and cloud save.

What is collected, by whom, why

Data
Device identifiers (without your permission the advertising identifier is not available; Google uses an app-scoped SDK instance ID), approximate location derived from your IP address, the ads you see and how you interact with them, crash and performance data of the ad SDK, your consent choice.
Why
Showing rewarded ads, limiting how often they appear, ad reporting, fraud prevention, and asking for and storing ad consent where the law requires it.
When
When the game starts the ad service and when you choose to watch a rewarded ad. Ads are requested as non-personalised. Not used if you own Ad-Free.

Your purchase history (products, transaction ids, dates, prices) and an app user id: a random id, or your Firebase account id when you are signed in.

We do not collect your name, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, precise location, health data or payment card details. Apple handles every payment; we never see your card.
Firebase Analytics is switched off in the game, and the game's own optional usage statistics are not active in this version. If a future version adds them, they will be sent only after you agree in the game, and this policy will be updated first.
Legal bases
Under the EU and UK GDPR and Turkey's KVKK we rely on:
Our contract with you: purchases, restoring purchases, the optional account and cloud save.
Consent: personalised-ad identifiers where the law requires consent (Google's consent form in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland). We request non-personalised ads everywhere.
Legitimate interests: keeping ads and purchases working and free of fraud, fixing errors.
Legal obligations: keeping purchase records as tax and accounting rules require.
Transfers
Google and RevenueCat process data in the United States and other countries. They rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For transfers from Türkiye, the transfer rules of KVKK apply.
How long data is kept
The save on your phone: until you delete the app.
Your account and cloud save: until you delete your account.
Purchase records at RevenueCat and Apple: as long as needed to restore purchases and to meet legal retention periods.
Delete your account: in the game, Settings › Account › Delete account. This deletes your cloud save and your account and revokes Sign in with Apple. The save on your phone stays until you delete the app.
Ad consent: where Google's consent form applies, change your answer at any time in Settings › Privacy options.
Everything else: you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@playlanternbay.com. For purchase records we will ask RevenueCat to delete your customer record unless the law requires us to keep it. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye: Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
Children
Lantern Bay is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Security and changes
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Only the signed-in owner of an account can read or write its cloud save.

Firebase Analytics oyunda kapalıdır; oyunun kendi isteğe bağlı kullanım istatistiği bu sürümde etkin değildir. Gelecekteki bir sürüm eklerse yalnızca oyunda onay verdikten sonra gönderilir ve bu politika önce güncellenir.
Hukuki sebepler
KVKK ile AB ve Birleşik Krallık GDPR kapsamında dayandığımız sebepler:
Sözleşmenin ifası: satın almalar, geri yükleme, isteğe bağlı hesap ve bulut kaydı.
Açık rıza: yasanın rıza istediği yerlerde kişiselleştirilmiş reklam tanımlayıcıları (AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de Google'ın izin formu). Reklamları her yerde kişiselleştirilmemiş isteriz.
Meşru menfaat: reklam ve satın almaların çalışması, dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi, hataların giderilmesi.
Hukuki yükümlülük: vergi ve muhasebe kurallarının istediği satın alma kayıtlarını saklamak.
Yurt dışına aktarım
Google ve RevenueCat verileri ABD'de ve başka ülkelerde işler; AB Standart Sözleşme Hükümleri gibi güvencelere ve uygun olduğunda AB-ABD Veri Gizliliği Çerçevesi'ne dayanırlar. Türkiye'den yapılan aktarımlarda KVKK'nın yurt dışına aktarım hükümleri uygulanır.
Saklama süreleri
Telefondaki kayıt: uygulamayı silene kadar.
Hesabın ve bulut kaydın: hesabını silene kadar.
RevenueCat ve Apple'daki satın alma kayıtları: satın almaları geri yüklemek ve yasal saklama süreleri için gerektiği kadar.
Hesabını sil: oyunda Ayarlar › Hesap › Hesabı sil. Bulut kaydın ve hesabın silinir, Apple ile giriş yetkisi geri alınır. Telefondaki kayıt, uygulamayı silene kadar kalır.
Reklam izni: Google'ın izin formunun geçerli olduğu yerlerde cevabını istediğin an Ayarlar › Gizlilik seçenekleri'nden değiştirebilirsin.
Diğer talepler: KVKK md. 11 ve GDPR kapsamında verine erişme, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, taşıma, itiraz etme ve rızanı geri alma haklarını hello@playlanternbay.com adresine yazarak kullanabilirsin. Satın alma kayıtları için, yasa saklamamızı gerektirmedikçe RevenueCat'ten müşteri kaydını silmesini isteriz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na ya da bulunduğun ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
Çocuklar
Lantern Bay 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir; onlardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel veri verdiğini düşünüyorsan yaz, sileriz.
Güvenlik ve değişiklikler
Veriler şifreli bağlantılarla (HTTPS/TLS) gider. Bir hesabın bulut kaydını yalnızca giriş yapmış hesap sahibi okuyup yazabilir.
