Purchases
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the Shop (the top button of the menu on the left edge of the screen), scroll to the end and tap Restore purchases. Ad-Free, Bounty License, Night Shift, Starter Chest, Captain's Wardrobe and Blessing of the Sea come back on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.
Pearls are used up when spent and are not restored this way: they are part of your game save (see “Changing phones” below).
A purchase did not arrive
Keep the game open with a working connection for a minute, then tap Restore purchases in the Shop. Still missing? E-mail us the date and the receipt Apple sent you.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles every payment, so refunds go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your harbor and account
Changing phones or reinstalling: how do I keep my game?
Go to Settings › Account and sign in with Apple or Google. Your harbor, pearls included, is then backed up to the cloud and comes back when you sign in with the same account on the new device.
Without an account the game is saved only on your phone, and deleting the app deletes the save.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. You can play offline without an account. Purchases, rewarded ads and the cloud save need an internet connection.
How do I delete my account?
Settings › Account › Delete account, then confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more; this also removes Lantern Bay from your Apple Account's “Sign in with Apple” list.
Your cloud save and your account are deleted. The save on your phone stays until you delete the app.
Ads, privacy and language
When do ads appear?
Only when you choose to watch one for a reward. There are no banners and no ads that interrupt play. Ad-Free gives you those rewards without the ads.
Where the law requires ad consent, change your answer in Settings › Privacy options. More in our Privacy Policy.
How do I change the language?
The game follows your phone's language (English or Turkish). You can also change it in Settings › Language.
